Context
MyTeam is an internal HR platform used by ~5,500 employees across multiple teams and regions, supporting engagement, feedback, and day-to-day interactions. While the product included multiple engagement features, the experience lacked coherence. Feedback signals were fragmented across different parts of the system, making it difficult to understand team dynamics and act on them. The work focused on structuring how feedback is captured, surfaced, and interpreted — aligning interaction patterns and making engagement more visible and actionable at scale.
